Sacramento Initiatives
Sacramento BTTR team has adopted two villages in Astanagurthy in Khammam District, Telangana.
We need approximately $25,000 every year for next 3 to 4-year time frame to do development works in these two villages and make them transformed into model villages.The funds will be used for:
- Model Toilets
- Medical Camps
- Yoga & Meditation Camps
- Development of Mineral water plants
- Tree plantation
- Training in Organic Farming
- Inkudu Gunthalu (Soaking Pits)
- Training on Plastic Recycling
We appreciate your continued support. Currently, BTTR Sacramento has a few active volunteers including Bhaskar Vempati, Avinash Maddy, Vikash Kapadia, Vandana Sharma and Srilu Uppala. BTTR Sacramento plans to organize 4 to 5 fundraising events in 2018. If you would like to help out on local fundraising events, please reach out to us.
